Christmas in Oregon

Seattle Pike Market | San Francisco Alamo Square

We were in Portland, it’s so close to Washington state, why not go even further up to Seattle? Yes, so I finally convinced Jennifer to drive a little bit further, but it’s too crazy for her to bring all the girls walking in the city of Seattle. Jennifer picked Tiru and Tinkerbell to come with us, in antheor hand, Tiffy and Tissue had to stay in the hotel.

Pike Market

Pike Market is of course a must visit post for most of the tourists. Someone did a horrible job on photography, TT was not even in focus, arg.

We watched the fish throwing show together at the entrance.

After the show the man told us:

“Everybody! we actually DO sell them! this is not just for fun!”

Unfortunately we don’t live here, or I would love to spend more time in the market and make us seafood for dinner that night.

Next, we came to the gum wall, it’s just right behind the pike market. Jennifer called it “the germs wall”, but I prefer “the wall of human DNA.”
If aliens ever attack earth, this wall could be the most important thing we have to protect. Maybe one day scientists will be able to clone the whole human race with those gums.

For the rest of the afternoon, we pet parents had our best clam chowder ever with delicious Russian bread and walked until sunset.

Me and TT watched the city at night together on new year’s eve and did the 2015 countdown together.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Alamo Square

This was an unexpected visit the next day on Jan first 2015. On the long way back from Washington to LA, we decided to stop by San Francisco just to see The Six Sisters(The Painted Ladies) at the Alamo Square.

As a matter of fact I’ve lived in San Francisco for a couple of years, I still remember the first time visiting this park I told myself if I ever have a dog, this will be the place I will bring him to play.

It was just a dream before we even have time to travel, now look at us TT.

I dragged everyone here to fulfill my tiny little dream.

It took TT extra strength to run uphills, the hill definitely slowed him down a lot. We still need to work on building more muscles in his hind legs no doubt.

It’s very cool to see the combination of city and greens from a hill top, the down side of this park is unfenced, people has to be really careful or dogs might just run all the way into the traffic.

Finally we traveled 8 hours back home after this stop, this was the end of our fantastic 10 days year end trip, and we were all exhausted.

TT and I ticked off so many things from our bucket list wishes 🙂

Oh, and one more thing!
I bought TT a Ruffwear harness because he destroyed his Ezydog at day one of the road trip.

What I like about this is I can either attach the leash on TT’s back or the front to have the harness work like the brand Eazy Walk type of gentle lead, with the Ruffwear brand it comes with excellent durability.

This is how it looks like on TT from the front view. He is 15lb at the moment and wears size XXS.

And the top view.

I love the design and I am pretty satisfied. Please don’t chew on it anymore my little wolf.
